This block with incredible 180 degree views over Ferntree Gully Recreational Reserve has been an abandoned building site for 5 years. This year, the new owners complete with new plans, permits and engineering are finally starting to see their dream home come to life! The block has been nothing short of a struggle, with giant granite boulders, piers, blindings and an old quarry track running through it. After 5 months of ground work in horrendous weather, the level 1 frame is complete. Time for a rest, back to it in early January. #building #builder #construction #excavation
