The restoration and extension of a 120 year old heritage protected property in Hughesdale to create a 4 bedroom, single level, luxury family home.  Features include soaring 3.4 metre ceilings in the heritage section and stunning 4.4 metre high steel gable windows in the new extension.  The heritage fretwork and awnings were hand built by master craftsmen in compliance with Victorian heritage standards.
